Travel

The organization is responsible for participants’ safety during the programme period.

Before applicants leave their country, the sending organization is responsible for their safety and

travel arrangements. Including:

· Book tickets for participants
· Purchasing Travel Insurance for participants before they leave the country.
· Arrange participants’accommodation, hosting before they leave their country.

After participants leaving for the destination of the programme, the host organization is

responsible for participants travel arrangement, including:

· Pick up and send participants to their accommodation which is booked in advance
· Ensure participants’ travel insurance after their arriving.
· Allocate participants’ transport fees according to the agreements with partner organizations.
· Responsible for participants’leaving at the end of the programme
